In helping thousands of teacher candidates over the years, we’ve discovered the inequities and critical gaps in traditional teacher preparation programs, specifically for those who speak English as a second language and identify as neurodivergent.

It is our mission to break down the barriers that exist for many excellent educators, and to equip all teachers and students with what they need to experience success in the classroom.
