Our Team

At MTG Frameworks, our strength comes from the people behind the work – educators, thinkers, coaches, and designers who know how to translate complex systems into practical frameworks that help teams and individuals work smarter and feel more confident doing it.

Our work grew out of Making the Grade Project, where we spent years supporting educators in high-demand environments. That experience shaped our ability to teach clearly, lead with empathy, and design systems that stick.
